What a daily office cleaning specification looks like

Typical daily tasks: empty and re-line all bins; dust and disinfect desks and touchpoints; clean and restock kitchens including sinks, worktops, appliance exteriors, dishwasher run; deep-touch washroom clean with consumable restocking; vacuum all carpets; mop hard floors; spot-clean internal glass and reception areas; sign off checklist. Weekly tasks: full internal glass; skirting; cabinet fronts; extractor grilles; kitchen appliance interiors. Monthly and quarterly: hard-floor machine scrub; carpet hot-water extraction; high-level dusting; internal window frames.

Managing keyholding, alarm codes and access

For out-of-hours cleans we agree keyholding in writing during onboarding, who holds keys, alarm codes, which cleaners are cleared for after-hours access, and how incidents (alarm activations, damage, break-ins) are escalated. Every after-hours contract has a documented protocol so nothing is left to chance.

Colour-coded systems that keep washrooms hygienic

We use colour-coded microfibre and mop systems: red for washrooms, blue for general office, green for kitchens, yellow for clinical/first-aid areas. That prevents cross-contamination between a toilet cubicle and a kitchen sink, a basic professional standard that domestic-grade cleaners routinely skip.

Serviced offices, co-working and multi-tenant buildings

We work directly with tenants inside serviced offices and co-working spaces (WeWork-style buildings, managed workspace) as well as landlords of multi-tenant buildings. Communal cleaning and tenant-specific cleaning can run under one contract or two, whichever your lease and landlord require.

What we don't do (yet)

We don't currently offer external window cleaning at high level or machinery cleaning inside operating industrial plant. If you need those, we'll tell you honestly and can often coordinate a specialist alongside our contract.
