What a warehouse cleaning specification typically covers
Daily: toilets and changing rooms full deep-touch clean with consumable restocking; canteen and vending areas full clean including tables, microwaves, sinks, floors, waste; office block full daily clean; loading bay sweep; high-traffic aisle sweep; touchpoint disinfection at pedestrian doors and time-clocks. Weekly: full canteen deep clean including appliance interiors; loading bay wash-down; office glass. Monthly and quarterly: warehouse floor machine scrub in traffic zones (subject to operational access); high-level dusting of racking uprights up to accessible heights.
What we do not currently offer
We don't currently offer machinery cleaning inside operating industrial plant, high-level external cleaning at height, or specialist chemical decontamination. If those are needed alongside your welfare and office cleaning, we'll tell you and can often coordinate a specialist so you still have one point of contact.
Scheduling around shift patterns
Most industrial contracts are delivered during a specific shift-change window agreed during onboarding, or overnight between last-shift and first-shift. Keyholding, alarm codes and site-safety induction are agreed in writing so cleaners are never on-site without authorised access.

Trafford Park is one of the largest industrial areas in Europe; we work with logistics, warehousing and light-manufacturing sites across it, along with Salford, Wythenshawe and Stretford industrial estates. Multi-site contracts are welcome.
Why generic office cleaners struggle with warehouses
A generic office cleaning contract usually assumes fixed daytime hours, a single-floor open-plan office, and no operational risk. Warehouses need shift-aware scheduling, PPE compliance, site-safety induction and specification designed around welfare-first priorities. Retrofitting isn't ideal, specify from day one.

Yes, most industrial contracts are delivered during agreed shift-change windows, weekends or overnight. Access, PPE and safety induction are all agreed in writing.
Do you clean warehouse floors?+
We handle traffic-zone sweeping and periodic machine scrubbing in accessible aisles. We don't currently offer machinery cleaning inside operating industrial plant.
How much does warehouse cleaning cost?+
Pricing depends on floor area, welfare-facility count, frequency and shift-window. Every quote is returned in writing as a fixed monthly price.
Do you clean the office areas as well?+
Yes, mezzanine or ground-floor office areas are cleaned to a proper office specification as part of the same contract.
Are you insured for industrial sites?+
Yes, £2M public liability and £10M employers liability insurance, certificates available on request.
Can you provide documentation for client audits?+
Yes, written specifications, signed sign-off sheets and chemical data sheets are all available for retail, food and pharma audit support.
